A Midsummer Night's Dream: Titania Flower Crown

Lay out all your materials, and make a circle out of pipe cleaners that is slightly larger than your head (this will be the base of the crown)
Take your plant wire (or more pipe cleaners if you do not have plant wire) and make upside down "V" shapes (you will need enough to fit around your entire pipe cleaner base)
Take these "V's" and attach them to your pipe cleaner base using hot glue or pipe cleaners
Begin attaching your flowers with hot glue around the base of your crown
Cover as much of the crown's base as you can with different flowers
Add jewels and glitter if you would like, and your crown is finished and ready to wear!! Enjoy!
