| Materials Required: | Black felt or long black shirt/sweater (make your own), hot wheels, yellow fabric paint, construction paper, hot glue gun, needle & thread | |
| Directions: | If using felt, fold in half and cut a neck hole. Using the yellow fabric paint make a dotted line up and down the center of the felt or shirt. Sew the cars on each side of the street by threading around all four wheels. Create road signs by cutting out sign shapes in the construction paper and a marker. | |
| Comments: | This is a costume you can get really creative with by adding extra stuff (pedestrians, deer crossing, etc.) & making comical road signs. The ideas are endless. | |
