Halloween Costume

Age: any age but probably 10 and under would be best 
Time Required: MAYBE 6 minutes 
Difficulty: too easy for words 
Materials Required: one old T-Shirt

Hair gel

10+ safety pins

random materials like socks, wash cloth, or just...material 
Directions: Take shirt and lay it down on a table

take safety pins and pin the random materials all around the shirt(this includes on the front, back, sides, sleeves, anywhere)

now use gel as directed on bottle in victims hair to make it stand up on end as much as possible(if the boys hair is long, this step most likely will have to be skipped)
