| Materials Required: | Bright colored Mini Skirt Make your own skirt Old Sweat Shirt Make your own shirt Combat boots (optional) Make-up Funky colored toghts or long socks or fish net tights |
| Directions: | Put on Blue Eye Shadow, very heavy Black EYE liner Bright Pink Blush Put on Skirt as normal Put on tights (bright colored or fish net) Cut off sleeves, neck line, and waist of sweatshirt...make it waist length on child Put on Combat Boots Rat hair up big with lots of hair spray |
