Halloween Costume

Time Required: 1 hr.-1 1/2 hr.

Materials Required: green felt
bikini off of a swimsuit
faux flowers w/holes
string
flipflops
needle
green thread
scissors 
Directions: 1.cut felt into strips and have one child/adult waist size.
2.sew strips to waist strip,making it look like a hula skirt.
3.put flowers through string to make leis.
4.put bikini top on with flipflops,skirt and leis,and you're ready to go. 
Comments: THE LEIS AND FLIPFLOPS ARE OPTIONAL,BUT I WHOULD SUGGEST THE FLIPFLOPS IF THE COSTUME IS FOR HALLOWEEN.
