DLTK's Chinese New Year Activities
The
Year of the Tiger
The Chinese calendar follows the moon and divides the years into groups of twelve. Each year is named for an animal. People born in that year are believed to share different traits.
Tiger
(1914, 1926, 1938, 1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, 1998, 2010, 2022, 2034)
The tiger is sensitive, emotional and capable of great love. However, they have a tendency to get carried away and be stubborn about what they think is right; often seen as a "Hothead" or rebel. Tigers would be excellent as a boss, an explorer, a race car driver, or a matador.
