DLTK's Holiday Crafts for Kids
Handprint Turkey with Poem
This is the standard handprint turkey craft that we've all been making
for years! Materials:
- paper
- scissors
- pencil crayons
- glue
- OPTIONAL: feathers

Directions:
- Trace around child's hand with the fingers spread out as much as possible.
- Either cut a eyes, hat, beak and wattle out of construction paper or draw
them on with pencil crayons or markers ... the thumb of the turkey is the
head.
- Draw on some orange legs
- OPTIONAL: Glue a feather onto each of the fingers
For those of you who don't want the template... here's the poem
This isn't just a turkey as you can plainly see.
I made it with my hand which is a part of me.
