National Nutrition Month is March and it is all about learning about and making healthy food choices and engaging in physical activities! Our body runs on energy and our energy comes from food; when we fuel our body with nutritional food, then we give our body the energy it needs to do a bunch of fantastic things!

It's not always easy to convince kids that its great to choose the fruits and vegetables over the candy bar—I know that I never made it particularly easy for my parents.
