National Craft Month - March each year
For the month of March we celebrate National Craft Month, and there is no better way to celebrate crafts then to do a bit of crafting yourself! National Craft Month first started in 1994 because the Craft and Hobby Association wanted to reignite a passion for crafting!
Celebrating craft month is pretty easy and lots of fun—all you have to do is make some crafts! You can make a craft as a family or with your friends. Try out a new craft or hobby, like knitting. Look around your house and come up with some DIY inspiration. Or you can try to make an old favourite; when I was a kid, I loved to paint paper plates so at some point during march I like to just get my creative and nostalgic juices flowing with some paper plate painting!
